CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Sacred Root Healing Therapies we reserve time and space especially for you, therefore we require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments.

If less than the required notice is given, a one time “same day cancellation fee” of $50-$75 will be charged.

If for any reason Sacred Root Healing Therapies needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.

If you are feeling sick: Please, please, please stay home. No fee will be charged. Please give as much notice as possible. We believe in the honor system here. Stay home with any signs of fever, sore throat, cough, loss of taste/smell, and/or known interaction with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19.

Sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session.
