Maia Sterling, owner, grew up in the Pacific Northwest calling both Orcas Island and Bellingham, Washington home. She has always had a deep awareness of energy, a call to compassion, and a passion for the healing arts. 

 

Maia is a believer in body positivity. In her healing practice she aims to work with individuals to deepen their relationship with Self.

 

All sessions are rooted in collaboration. Maia will work with you to spend your time together in a way that best benefits you.

 

As a healer, Maia creates a safe, sacred space, in which she is grounded, full-heartedly present, and ready to hold space for you.

 

In her free time, Maia will be found off on an adventure or at her home in the woods. She will be crafting, making herbal infusions from her garden, sharing belly laughs with friends around a bonfire, or simply enjoying time with her young son, Sequoia, and their dog and cat.
